Richard M. gave a 4-star review, praising Naples Kitchen & Bath for their good craftsmanship, particularly in regards to the replacement of their kitchen countertops and island. However, he noted that they may not take on small jobs under $50,000 and that the process of getting scheduled took a while due to high demand.
Richard also mentioned that they have a project manager who oversees the remodel, but reported some problems with scheduling. Specifically, the tile installation was delayed despite assurances that it would happen on two specific days. As of his review, they were still waiting for the tile to be installed.
Lynn F. left a 1-star review, expressing disappointment and frustration with her experience at Naples Kitchen & Bath. She met with Diana, selected cabinetry and countertops, and provided plans, only to wait weeks for pricing information. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, including phone calls and emails, she received no response. Lynn ultimately decided to move on from the company.
