Business Details
We have built our reputation on delivering the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to every project we undertake. Our award-winning team provides a full-service residential contracting experience, specializing in remodeling, custom building, home maintenance, and custom cabinetry. We guide our clients through a meticulously structured process, beginning with an in-depth consultation to understand their lifestyle and how they anticipate using their new space. Our commitment to professionalism is evident as we follow up with a detailed design proposal and a comprehensive cost estimate, which serves as the guiding document for future budgeting. We streamline the design and budgeting phases simultaneously, ensuring our clients understand the financial impact of their decisions before plans are finalized. Our team manages every aspect of permitting, with our trade partners securing plumbing, gasfitting, and electrical permits while we secure the general building permit.
For substantial projects, we conduct a thorough pre-construction meeting with the client, a company principal, the project manager, and the design professional to establish a foundation for smooth communication. We maintain a daily on-site working project manager during construction to supervise the job site, trade partners, and material handling. We hold weekly site meetings to review project status and distribute detailed minutes, keeping the schedule on track and everyone fully informed. Our process culminates with a collaborative punch-list to properly close out the job before your warranty period begins. We continuously strive to improve our processes based on the feedback we receive through post-completion client surveys. Our goal is to ensure that our professionalism and dedication to quality remain an integral part of your relationship with us from start to finish.
