Custom Homes
We design and build custom homes tailored to individual lifestyles and property requirements. Our energy-efficient construction methods incorporate whole-system design principles, proper HVAC integration, and energy-saving features that ensure year-round comfort. With certified expertise in residential building analysis and passive house rating standards, we create unique living spaces that balance aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to budget and timeline parameters.
Kitchens
Our kitchen remodeling services transform outdated spaces into functional, beautiful environments. Certified NKBA designers work directly with clients through our showroom selection center to create customized layouts that optimize workflow and storage. We handle complete renovations from structural changes to finish material selection, ensuring safe, code-compliant installations that enhance both usability and property value while maintaining strict project timelines and budget controls.
Additions
We specialize in creating functional living space expansions through one- and two-story additions. Our design/build approach addresses structural integration, zoning requirements, and energy efficiency while maximizing existing property assets. From master suite expansions to basement conversions, our solutions solve spatial limitations while maintaining architectural harmony with original home designs through precise engineering and construction expertise.
Garages
Our garage construction services provide durable, code-compliant storage solutions for vehicles and equipment. We design single- or multi-car structures with optional upper-level storage while ensuring proper foundation support and weatherproofing. Projects incorporate client-specific requirements for workshop spaces or recreational equipment storage, with construction methods that maintain structural integrity and aesthetic compatibility with existing home architecture.
Baths
We transform bathroom spaces into functional, accessible environments through complete renovation services. Certified NKBA designers collaborate with clients to optimize layouts for daily use and accessibility requirements. Our process includes material selection assistance through our showroom, ADA-compliant design options, and installation of modern fixtures that enhance comfort while maintaining strict adherence to plumbing and electrical codes during all remodeling projects.
