Poor Working Conditions
One reviewer, Christopher Cautionx X. White, had a disappointing experience with the company. He worked briefly for their "warehouse" but left due to poor working conditions. He was offered a job but got sick and was told by the "president" that they wouldn't need him for weeks. The company outsourced Canadian cabinets and only had one skilled shop guy. Installers were contracted, and he wouldn't work there again.
Contrasting Experiences
On the other hand, Kourtney Ricard and Fred Boyd had positive experiences with the company. Kourtney appreciated the family-owned business's structured approach, with a well-educated and hardworking team. Fred was thrilled with the kitchen design his designer, Kathleen, created. He praised her attention to detail, saying the final product was "unbelievably better" in terms of look, feel, and function.
Unsatisfactory Service
Jolyana Begay-Kroupa was unhappy with her experience and would not recommend the company. She was surprised by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help, making it difficult for her to complete her project.
