Quality and Service
Overall, the reviews for Lakeland are mixed, with some customers being extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and the service they received, while others have had negative experiences.
Positive Experience
Some customers, such as Osman Donate and Juan Diaz, praised the quality of the cabinets and hardware, as well as the professionalism and patience of the sales staff, particularly Dave. They also appreciated the reasonable prices and timely delivery and installation. Melissa Bales and Lavell Wynn also had positive experiences, noting that it was easy to get a hold of them and that their staff was great. Vicmacbou and Robert Gabriel also had excellent experiences, with Vicmacbou praising the customer service and assistance from Rod Raymond, and Robert Gabriel noting that he had what he needed and it was much less than anticipated.
Negative Experience
However, some customers had negative experiences with Lakeland. Serum had a frustrating experience with the sales staff, including getting the wrong cabinets and being blamed for mistakes.
