According to her review, the kitchen design house installed her kitchen over 10 months ago, but it is still not finished. The work was subpar, with several defects reported, and the company failed to disclose additional charges. To make matters worse, they broke a tile and have yet to repair it. Ana and her family have tried to contact the company, but they have been ignored, leading them to feel frustrated with the lack of professionalism.
