Questions
What factors influence remodeling project costs?
Project size, material selections, and customization levels primarily determine costs. Kitchen remodels typically range $50k–$150k+, with bathrooms starting at $30k. We provide detailed estimates after design consultations.
Why is a pre-construction consultation necessary?
Initial meetings ensure we understand your specific needs and space requirements. This collaborative approach allows personalized design solutions and addresses potential structural considerations before project commencement.
What remodeling services do you specialize in?
We focus on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home renovations, along with aging-in-place modifications and custom additions across Oakland and Macomb counties.
Can homeowners stay during remodeling?
Most clients remain in residence with temporary barriers and daily cleanup. Full kitchen/bathroom renovations may require short-term relocation for comfort during critical phases.
What advantages does your design-build approach offer?
Our integrated team reduces communication gaps, budget surprises, and delays by managing design and construction under one roof with dedicated project oversight throughout the process.
How long have you served the area?
We've completed 500+ Southeast Michigan projects since 1989, earning industry recognition as one of Metro Detroit's most trusted remodeling firms through consistent quality and service.
