Design and Communication Issues
The majority of reviewers had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the company, with praises for their design skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. However, there were some issues with communication and design that were worth noting.
Crystal: A Design Masterpiece
Crystal, a designer, received 5 stars for her exceptional work. According to George Parker's review, she took the time to understand the family's needs and wants and crafted a masterpiece that was competitively priced. Her passion for design was evident, and her clients were thrilled with the results.
Design and Replacement Issues
On the other hand, T. Stew had a mixed experience with the company. While Kristina was helpful in resolving an issue with a cabinet replacement, Debra's communication was subpar. Debra failed to follow up on a mistake and cancelled an appointment without rescheduling or notifying T. Stew. However, Kristina was able to resolve the issue by scheduling a repair and contacting T. Stew when the correct cabinet was on the way.
Exceeding Expectations
Darlene Lodge, however, had a remarkable turnaround experience with the company. Initially, she had posted a negative review due to frustrations with her project. However, the owner and designer of the company, Susan and Debra, worked with her to resolve the issues and exceeded her expectations. They personally visited her home, made suggestions, and created the perfect final touches.
