We worked with Ofer and Maya Construction on a full kitchen remodel and we could not be more thrilled with the results. The team at Maya took it down to the studs and built it all the way up again. The guys showed up on time every single day and our project manager Ofer stopped by every single day to check on the progress. Ofer helped us with all our selections, even with things like the faucet and sink to make sure everything worked with the space and what we needed.
He bent over backwards to help us and was so responsive the whole way through. The actual contractors were fantastic. I never felt like there was a lull in the work and it was shocking how quick it felt like it got done while still being high quality work. The guys checked with me on all decisions and we are just so happy with how everything came out. I will only work with Ofer and his team on any further renovation projects. They were that good.

The work that Maya Construction did to replace outdoor stairs was exceptional!! Udi and his team were professional, efficient and completed an amazing job. They started and finished ahead of schedule. Udi was there at every phase of the construction and kept me informed. I would use Maya construction without hesitation for our next project and highly recommend them.

I used Maya for a bathroom remodel. I am a repeat customer as I returned to them for the bathroom job after they had done my kitchen and basement years before. Their work is excellent, and Udi and Ofer are great communicators who keep all the pieces moving and remember even the smaller loose ends and open items. The work is quality and done so well -- they do things as they are supposed to be done, and with clean, sharp execution that makes you feel very good as the homeowner. They problem-solve as things come up, and are straight-shooters with information, options and a professional/approach. I give them my highest recommendation.

Maya finished our basement a couple of months ago. The final product was well beyond our expectations. Udi, Ofer, and the entire crew were punctual, professional, super available and communicative, and the work they did was absolutely 5-star. Were doing a bathroom remodel in the next year and wouldnt think of having anyone else do it. They are fantastic!

We cannot say enough good about Maya Construction! Before working with Ofer and Udi, we had some terrible experiences and I had no clue how good a client/GC relationship should and could be! I could have never gone into a full kitchen/dining/living room renovation with anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability from the start. They are organized, communicative, pro-active, knowledgeable, honest and kind. They were collaborative and always came to an obstacle with great ideas and ways to solve the unknown. They will be the only group we work with for any home renovation in the future. Amazing team!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Maya construction on our bathroom remodel and bedroom renovation. Udi, Ofer, and the whole team were fantastic thoughout the duration of our project. They were consistently on-time, extremely respectful, honest, and completed the work quickly. The bathroom they finished was absolutely stunning, making a small bathroom feeling much larger than it is and with impeccable tile-work.
Our bedroom renovation was a somewhat unusual project (a kitchen un-installation) and they handled it extremely well. We are thrilled by the end result for both. We would highly, highly recommend Maya construction to anyone looking for a contractor.

Udi, Ofer, and the entire Maya team were absolutely amazing to work with during with our most recent Early Learning Center renovation. Not only was everyone easy to communicate with (responsive, informative, etc.), but it truly felt like they cared about both our staff and the kids we serve as they provided thoughtful guidance during each step of the way. Everything the guys did exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Maya Construction Group to anyone looking for an honest, top-tier Contractor for their next project!

We used Maya Construction Group to do a complete remodel of our basement (demolition of floors, walls, ceilings, then rebuild into more open and updated space) and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Udi and Ofer were communicative from the beginning to the end of the project, giving us updates on start date, letting us know of issues as they arose, letting us know when we needed to have supplies ready.
Their crew arrived on time every day (asked to work on Saturdays as well), and were very respectful and kept everything clean (as clean as a construction project can be anyways!). Project was started and completed on time. We have a 100+ year old house and were afraid of what issues might be uncovered, but only minor issues surfaced and the increased cost quoted by Maya was minimal and in line with industry standard. Overall these guys do great and timely work and are trustworthy. We will be using them again for projects on the main floors of our house.

I could give Maya 10 stars I would. I had a major kitchen remodel that included removing a load-bearing wall. Udi and Ofer were fantastic partners. They not only did an amazing job on a complex project, they were also great consultants and advisers. They were extremely organized and communication was excellent. Plus they are just darn likeable guys. I also used Planet Cabinets, the sister company, for my cabinets. Very pleased with the product.

This past summer, we had Maya extend the dormer on our two-story cape cod (Northwest Chicago) so that we could enlarge a bathroom and create secondary closet in our master bedroom. We also had them perform additional exterior work (replace all siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and roof). Everything turned out perfectly in the end.
Ofer and Udi were very response and quick to resolve any issues that arose during the process.
We were living in the house during the renovation, which could be stressful at times, but all the workers respected our interior space. We even had Maya refinish the hardwood floors and hang all new doors throughout our house since we were already living in a construction zone, and they had no problem accommodating our request. The finishing work was top notch and they were spot-on in hitting our design that we provided to them. I would recommend Maya for both structural work (additions) and interior finishing work.

After our basement flooded in May we reached out to over a dozen local contractors trying to get estimates. Maya Construction was the first to respond and after weeks of helping us fight with our insurance company we finally signed a contract and started work in July. After roughly 3 weeks of work my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did we get all the repairs needed to get things back to normal, but we also had several upgrades as well.
Throughout the entire rehab everyone who came in our home was polite and courteous and the quality of work is second to none. The project was completed on time and on budget, even with additional small requests we made along the way. We highly recommend you consider Maya Construction for your remodel, and we plan to use them again in the future.
