Our Story

Arrow Millwork & Cabinetry has been a trusted name in Southeastern Wisconsin for over four decades. Since 1976, we've built our reputation on a foundation of superior craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our journey began in a humble Franklin garage, where Phil Rainwater, our founder, handcrafted custom cabinets for a handful of local home builders. As the home building and remodeling industry in Southeast Wisconsin flourished, so did Arrow Millwork. We expanded our product line to encompass an impressive array of offerings, including millwork, trim, doors, box cabinets, and custom architectural pieces. This expansion allowed us to meet the diverse needs of our growing clientele.

In 2010, partners Chris Caskey and Daryl Wendlick took the helm of Arrow Millwork, honoring Phil's legacy while leading the company into a new era. Under their stewardship, we've continued to thrive, expanding our reach to serve several Southeastern Wisconsin commercial developers alongside our loyal residential clientele. A testament to our enduring quality and service, many of Arrow's original customers from 1976 remain with us today, a testament to the lasting relationships we cultivate.
